In the following, we bring you the story of a brand with which many generations grew up, whose commercials we always liked to see on television and whose products are found in almost every household in Serbia. Perfex is a domestic brand that has justified our trust for years, and find out why in an interview with Nebojš Perić from Drenik ND.
HOW DID YOUR STORY BEGIN?
We are a family company with almost 30 years of tradition. The brand by which we are recognized, which forms the backbone of our business, is Perfex. We manufacture toilet paper and kitchen towels made exclusively from 100% cellulose. Our assortment also includes napkins, sanitary napkins, paper tissues and cotton wool.
DESCRIBE THE DOMESTIC MARKET.
The domestic market is highly developed, which implies that the consumer is well informed and primarily values quality. We are proud that in these market circumstances we manage to justify the trust of our customers and to maintain a long-term and continuous relationship with them.
WHAT MOTIVATES YOU MOST IN THE BUSINESS YOU DO?
Our primordial motivation stems from the relationship we nurture with customers, as well as the fact that the structure of our customers is very diverse, because we are a company that is present with different groups of consumers, which brings with it positive dynamics in business. Also, our products can be found in various facilities throughout our country and region. The complex consumer logistics structure stimulates us to be up to the challenges of work every day.
WHAT IS THE BASIC MOTTO THAT GUIDES YOU?
Our basic motto is the production of quality products from strictly controlled natural raw materials. We believe that quality is an inescapable imperative in the production of goods for everyday consumption.
WHAT ARE YOUR PLANS FOR THE FUTURE?
The plans we have for the future are already in the process of realization. We follow technological trends in the industry and actively invest in new production lines. It is very important to us that in the future our production is completely based on green and renewable energy and that all our products are as ecological as possible. This is an imperative for us. Based on this, the satisfaction of our consumers is our satisfaction, as well as their trust in our quality and the fact that Perfex is present in every home.
